Ol\u00e1, pessoal! Como est\u00e3o? Espero que bem e prontos para aprender algumas dicas incr\u00edveis para melhorar a produtividade em home office. <\/p>\n
Desde o in\u00edcio da pandemia, muitas empresas adotaram o trabalho remoto como forma de manter as atividades em funcionamento. E, mesmo com a flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da quarentena, muitas pessoas ainda est\u00e3o trabalhando em casa. Mas, convenhamos, nem sempre \u00e9 f\u00e1cil manter o foco e a produtividade quando estamos no conforto do nosso lar. <\/p>\n

1. Crie uma rotina<\/strong><\/p>\n Assim como no escrit\u00f3rio, \u00e9 importante ter uma rotina bem definida em casa. Estabele\u00e7a hor\u00e1rios para acordar, tomar caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, iniciar o trabalho e fazer pausas. Isso ajuda a manter o foco e a disciplina.<\/p>\n 2. Tenha um espa\u00e7o de trabalho<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00e3o \u00e9 porque estamos em casa que podemos trabalhar de qualquer lugar. \u00c9 importante ter um espa\u00e7o dedicado ao trabalho, seja uma mesa no quarto ou um home office completo. Isso ajuda a separar o ambiente de trabalho do ambiente pessoal.<\/p>\n 3. Vista-se para trabalhar<\/strong><\/p>\n Pode parecer besteira, mas vestir-se adequadamente para trabalhar ajuda a entrar no clima de trabalho e a manter a produtividade.<\/p>\n 4.
